  • Exposure to the full employee life cycle - From Recruitment, Discipline, Grievance, Talent Management, Performance Management
  • HRIS systems, ideally Cascade
  • Change Management
  • Good Stakeholder Management
  • Its an operational role, supporting the Head of HR in strategic projects in the future
