Description

We’re looking for customer service experts and individuals with a passion for providing great customer experiences to work from home. You will be supporting an outstanding service to members of the public.

The role:

  • Inbound and outbound (non sales) telephone calls
  • Email correspondence
  • Data input
  • 40/20 hours per week
  • Full-time shifts - including some evenings and weekends
  • A number of flexible/part-time shifts are available as well, please apply and enquire 
  • Full training and support throughout

Requirements for the role:

  • We are ideally looking for individuals with experience in customer service, but if you are passionate about providing a great customer experience we want to hear from you even if you have not previously worked in a customer service role.
  • You should be available to start immediately as we will be running paid training courses commencing November

You will need:

  • Windows laptop/PC*, running Windows 10. Unfortunately, the systems that we use cannot run on Apple products such as MacBook or iPad

  • An up-to-date antivirus
  • The latest version of Chrome or Microsoft Edge

  • Along with a suitable quiet and confidential space to work

*Apple products do not work with our clients’ software, sorry!
