We are looking for customer service experts and individuals with a passion for providing great customer experiences to work from home. You will be supporting an outstanding service to members of the public:

The Role:

  • Inbound and outbound (non sales) telephone calls
  • Email correspondence
  • Data input
  • 40 hours per week
  • Full-time shifts - including some evenings and weekends
  • Full training and support

Requirements for the role:

  • We are ideally looking for individuals with experience in customer service, but if you are passionate about providing a great customer experience we want to hear from you even if you have not previously worked in a customer service role.
  • You should be available to start immediately as we will be running paid training courses in weeks commencing 5th July and 12th July and 26th July

You will need;

  • a home broadband connection with minimum download speeds of 10mbph or more
  • Windows laptop/PC* running Windows 8.1 or greater, unfortunately the systems that we use cannot run on Apple products such as MacBook or iPad
  • The latest version of Chrome or Microsoft Edge
  • A headset with a microphone
  • Along with a suitable quiet and confidential space to work
